We are a family-owned agency that has stayed deliberately small, which means the person who joins us is given real work early rather than waiting their turn behind a training department. You learn the suburbs properly, and you learn them from people who are still listing and selling in them.

Mobile Agent
The mobile agent model is for an experienced salesperson who already has a network and wants to run their own business without carrying an office. You keep your own database and your own way of working; the brand, the technology, the trust account, the training and the admin support come from us.

Franchise
A franchise is for an operator who wants their own office in their own area, under a name buyers and sellers across Melbourne’s north already recognise. You run the business; the brand, the systems, the training and the compliance framework come with it.
Territories are limited and we are careful about who takes one on. If you are weighing it up, start with an expression of interest and we will talk through the area you have in mind.
